Gatehouse Comments

This is located at SN92552232. Location is close to road and a minor crossing of the Afon Senni. The obvious location for a castle in this area would by 1km N at Heol Senni, where several road meet at a crossing of the Senni but this isolated area, within the Brecon Beacons, is not an area worth defending or spending much effort on taxing although it would be an idea place of retreat.
