In Renn's inventory of siegeworks a site is listed as in the parish of Sandy Bedfordshire, 650 yards from the castle and described as 'On bank of hillfort overlooking castle'

Gatehouse Comments

Presumably the castle is Sandye Place and the hillfort Caeser's Camp but what the siegework is/was is uncertain. The hillfort is much damaged. Lack of supporting evidence and clear description must make this an uncertain site.
