Castell Haidd is a motte, tree-covered in 1975, measuring 4.0m high and 36m in diameter, with traces of a ditch to the north and south. There is no trace of a bailey and the mound has been damaged, possibly by gravel-digging. St Mary's church (Nprn227) lies immediately to the south-east. (Coflein)
