Gatehouse Comments

Mr Bellchambers seems to be a local historian and not an archaeologist with castle experience and expertise so, with respect to him, this may be a fanciful report. The location, on a hillside over looking Littlehempston, is more that of a barrow, although Gatehouse suspects it may be a tree mount or natural. Should be investigated before being totally dismissed.
