Earthworks thought to represent a medieval castle mount, crowning an isolated knoll: a steep-sided, oval flat-topped mound, some 38m north-west to south-east by 32 & about 6.1m high, having a summit area of about 28m by 23m: there are no indications of any further works. (Coflein)
