Farm house and attached bastle house and barn. Early C17, mid C18 and late C19. Coursed rubble with ashlar dressings. Slate roofs,and quoins. 2 storey. Bastle house to north, early C17, with C20 tile roof and single reduced gable stack. East front has central opening with wooden lintel, probably a former doorway, and above 2 glazing bar sashes with ashlar lintels. West front has a doorway to animal houses and to the right a flight of stone steps leading to a former doorway to living accommodation. Attached to north a lean-to pigsty, probably a converted privy. Farmhouse to south, mid C18, raised late C19. Welsh slate roof,with a single ashlar coped gable to south, and 2 brick gable stacks. East front has off-centre doorway with C20 door, flanked by pairs of glazing bar sashes, those to right taller. Above 3 through-eaves gabled dormers, each with a plain sash. Attached to the south a small barn, converted to garage with a stone slate roof, and breathers. Interior of Bastle House has stone fireplace on the first floor and roof with some original timbers.
