Is this a reference to Hampton Lucy also listed by Thompson or to another manor? The parishes of Great and Little Hampton, Worcestershire, (at given map reference) now incorporated into Evesham, seem to have been held by Evesham Abbey. Hampton Lovett, north of Droitwich, has a more complex tenurial history in which the Saxon Bishop of Worcester may have held a part but post-Conquest the overlord seems to have been Evesham Abbey although the actual manors were held by sub tenants. It seem, therefore, unlikely that the Bishop of Worcester had a residential manor of 'Hampton' in Worcestershire.
