Mound in field, 1200yds W of church, irregular shape, being segmental on the N & W side, but poss cut away to the E during the making of the roadway. Rises 4' above the surrounding ground & 7' above the road. In the same field are 2 irreg sinkings. (RCHME)
Unsurveyable traces of mound reduced & spread by ploughing. Nearby a shallow ploughed over depression. Site suitable for barrow. Depression prob old stone pit, (OS Record Card). (Herefordshire Through Time)
